How do I scan a homework problem?

Open ClassGenie and tap the camera button. Point your camera at the homework problem — the app reads both printed text and handwriting. Once scanned, ClassGenie will generate a detailed, step-by-step solution.

What subjects does ClassGenie support?

ClassGenie covers a wide range of subjects including Mathematics (pre-algebra through calculus), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Writing, and Statistics. We're continually adding support for more topics.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes! If something in a solution is unclear, you can ask follow-up questions to dig deeper into the concept. ClassGenie will continue to explain until it all makes sense.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's Settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then tap ClassGenie to view your options. For more details, visit our Subscription Info page.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?
